In the heart of Venice, an iconic location for artists, creativity, and all things alike, you can find one of WRAPPED Studios’ latest creations.
The entire team collaborated in transforming this 1500 square foot wall into a mural that showcases and celebrates the history, local attractions, and famous figures of the Venice community. The mural’s abstract designs and array of colors bring vibrancy and life to our little corner of Venice.
The mural is on the entrance wall of the studio belonging to the abstract painter and sculptor, Charles Arnoldi, who is featured in the mural. Along with Charles Arnoldi, other important pillars of the community like Charles Glass the Godfather of bodybuilding, Arnold Schwarzenneger and his miniature horse Whiskey, and critically acclaimed author and former bodybuilder Katie Arnoldi are featured.
Other highlights include the instagramable Venice lifeguard towers and in solidarity with the Black Lives Matter Movement, we re-created the symbolic fist with an eye-catching background.
They say that it’s the people who make the place, which is especially true for this unique community. Several quadrants of the mural incuding a shark, VW bus, surfboard, and skateboard were all inspired by the people who make Venice what it is today. In honor of our next door neighbors, The Unlikely Florist and Gold’s Gym, you will notice a beautiful bouquet of flowers and dumbbells with a stack of gold.
