The commercial high-rise at 71 South Wacker Drive in Chicago is a prestige property that won the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Earth Award as 2017’s Outstanding Building of the Year. This 48-story tower is managed by the Irvine Company, and is replete with a long list of luxury and energy efficiency features that have helped it attract an impressive list of distinguished tenants. The WRAPPED Fine Art team is proud to have contributed a vibrant yet tasteful collection of abstract art to the building’s lobby as part of an initiative to beautify and enhance the building’s common spaces.
We applied our expert corporate art consulting services to conceive and create a pair of large-scale canvases for the 71 South Wacker lobby. These visually arresting, yet refined abstract works do an excellent job of unifying and complementing the design of the interior space, while adding welcome touches of class and creativity. Our fabulously talented artists prepared two stunning 312” x 120” canvases for display in the corporate lobby.
