Wrapped Studios has developed an innovative hybrid digital-analog process, used throughout our globally located studios, that provides inspired video and static artwork for Public Spaces, Corporate Environments, Hospitality Lobbies and Rooms, and Multifamily Amenities.

Custom Branded Content
Art concepts shown in this package are initial thoughts. The WRAPPED Studios team will work with your creative and marketing teams to ensure the proper integration of the 99 SW 7th Street brand into your custom content. In addition to building your custom branded content from the ground up, we will work with you and our integrator to make sure your custom digital artwork plays on all screens issue free. All artwork created will be sized specifically for the existing screens and hardware at 99 SW 7th Street, and will take full advantage of the highest possible resolution. The final content will be vivid, crisp, and seamlessly integrated into the 99 SW 7th Street visitor experience.
ART OPTION 1 | LIVING WALL
The WRAPPED Studios production team recently created a maintenance-free digital “living wall” that looks just like the real thing. Living walls are a hot interior design trend. These eye-catching and elegant expanses of vertical greenery act as a strong and interesting focal centerpiece, but they come with some drawbacks: they typically cost a great deal of money to maintain, and properly caring for them is difficult and usually demands professional help.
The in-house design team at WRAPPED Studios recently executed an innovative solution that delivers the visual appeal of a real living wall without any of the maintenance or upkeep costs. Our digital Living Wall project created a textured, photorealistic rendering that looks totally convincing.
Living walls create a calm, soothing indoor environment that generates tangible and powerful psychological and emotional benefits. Our team’s digital Living Wall delivers all the perks of a real living wall, but for a small fraction of the price.
ART OPTION 2 | FASHION
The WRAPPED team created a custom dress and runway, inspired by fashion designer Iris van Herpen. By creating the runway on a loop, we are able to mimic an in-progress fashion show and can include an unlimited number of models and silhouettes.
This digital art concept works very well on a large scale and can be customized to align with the necessary hardware, building aesthetic, and location-specific needs.

Palm is an exciting piece of custom digital art that can appear anywhere, on any screen, for the enjoyment of one or many. WRAPPED Studios is headquartered in the Los Angeles suburb of Venice, which is world-famous for its iconic palm trees. Inspired by the definitive sights and sounds of the vibrant cultural hub we call home, our team sought to create a unique piece of custom digital art that captured the spirit of Venice itself.
This endeavor resulted in a work we call Palm. Its source material was a tall palm tree that stands right outside the studio balcony at our Venice headquarters. Our artists created a “living snapshot” of the tree, which renders perfectly on any screen.
The goal of Palm was to create a piece of custom digital art that anyone, anywhere can enjoy. It also captures the creative spirit of Venice, which is a central fixture of the world-class Los Angeles art scene. Palm is compatible with screens small and large and can be displayed on personal devices and in private homes, multifamily residential buildings, corporate offices, hospitality facilities, institutional facilities, and anywhere else you can put a screen.

WRAPPED Studios’ custom digital artwork Sharks was featured at the 2018 edition of the Miami Art Basel exhibition. The ocean is a major source of inspiration for members of the WRAPPED Studios team, for multiple reasons. One is that our
Venice, California headquarters overlooks the jeweled blue waters of the Pacific Ocean. Another is that Ryland Arnoldi, our co-founder, comes from a family heavily involved in marine biology research.
These influences found a highly successful expression in Sharks, which we proudly consider one of the finest custom digital artworks our studio has ever produced. The piece was conceived as a digital representation of a living art aquarium and applied advanced creative and technical strategies to create a unique, engaging, and interactive finished product.
Our Sharks custom digital artwork was featured at the 2018 installment of Miami Art Basel. The annual Art Basel exhibition is an international art fair that takes place in three locations: Basel, Switzerland; Miami, Florida; and Hong Kong. Its objective is to raise funding for local art institutions in these three cities, creating opportunities for both established and emerging artists.

ART OPTION 7 | FEATHERS
The origin of Feathers, a digital art concept by the WRAPPED Studios team, was a photo of local artist Charles Arnoldi’s studio floor – over time the organic paint splatters have taken on a life of their own as a free form abstract painting. We took inspiration from this and transformed the random splatters into a more organized and rippling pattern which begins to translate as feathers.
This application can be applied to any original work of art, but we feel that the abstract nature of a studio floor creates a beautiful canvas. As part of our collection, we are able to customize this concept for your building’s needs.

Discover Morandi, a new entry in our growing portfolio of interior design digital art projects. At WRAPPED Studios, we participate in an initiative we call the Digital Art Heritage Series. In the series, we pay homage to impactful artists who have shaped the contemporary international creative and artistic landscapes. Morandi is a piece of interior design digital art we made as a tribute to the renowned Italian painter and printmaker Giorgio Morandi (1890-1964).
Morandi was particularly well-known for his captivating still-life images. Art historians rave about the subtle complexities of the approach Morandi used to create compelling renderings of seemingly simple, everyday objects. He favored subjects ranging from landscapes and floral arrangements to household items like pottery and bowls.
Our Morandi artwork depicts multiple objects familiar to those who know Morandi’s work, including bottles and vases. This unique interior design digital art project puts Morandi’s still-life paintings in motion, utilizing video art to add dimensions of temporality and spatial depth to his unmistakably iconic style.

Our Neon Lights digital artwork translates structural forms into an immersive experience. Originally inspired by traditional architectural blue prints, the WRAPPED Studios team created this piece to bring the viewer into the intricacies of wire frame viewing, and to feel transported with the movement.
This concept can be applied to any size screen and can be cus- tomized by length, color scheme, and building type – even the building that it is displayed on could be integrated!

One-Off Artwork Pricing
This option allows you to buy individual pieces of artwork
to build your own digital art library that can be displayed on screens across the property. Price per piece will depend on its complexity and length, and will be built specifically for display on the screens at the property.
Price Range: $10-30k, per digital artwork piece
Pricing Option 2
Recurring Content Program Pricing
This option would include a package of new artwork options created exclusively for this property, delivered either monthly or quarterly. The package would include anywhere from 3-10 pieces of artwork, with price depending on complexity and length, and will be built specifically for display on the screens at the property.
